Please allow 2 - 14 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.


U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

  • Average transit times to the United States from our domestic warehouse: 3-7 Business days
  • Average transit times to Canada from our domestic warehouse: 5-12 Business days
  • Average transit times to the United Kingdom from our domestic warehouse: 4-8 Business days
  • Average transit times to Australia from our domestic warehouse: 9-18 Business days


There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Due to COVID-19 please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the US.


Fortune & Fawn is here to make you happy, so we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase! If by chance you are not pleased with the quality of your product, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we can provide either a refund or replacement! For any items being returned to us, you will be expected to cover the cost of shipping the item to us unless the reason for the return is our error. If the return is received in poor condition (not resalable), your return will be sent back to you after an invoice has been paid for the cost of the return shipping. We hope that it doesn't come to this, but if it does, we are here to help! Don't hesitate to reach out to support@fortuneandfawn.com, please include your order # in the subject line as well as any photos clearly showing the quality issue.

At this time we do not offer exchanges or returns if the incorrect size is ordered. All clothing products on Fortune & Fawn are made-to-order specifically for you when you order them! This help us minimize our production waste compared to conventional manufacturing. 

All jewelry is FINAL SALE, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges due to hygiene reason. If there is a manufactures defect or an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to start the replacement process. 

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@fortuneandfawn.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL" and your order number.
